Supporting Enterprise AX with LLM A-LLM and Multi-Agent-Based Platforms
Strengthening Position in Healthcare-Specialized Platforms, Expanding into Global Markets
“Acryl builds and operates an AI platform that covers not only the management of physical resources such as GPUs, servers, and NPUs, but also the management of logical resources including operating software and methodologies.”
Jin Park, CEO of Acryl Inc., introduced Acryl as a company that connects AI software, hardware, and engineers to help enterprises effectively adopt and utilize AI.
Founded by Park in 2011, Acryl began with the motto of “affective computing,” launching its business by supplying LG Electronics with emotion-recognition technology for movie recommendations. Over time, the company accumulated diverse experience in AI transformation (AX) across manufacturing, finance, and the public sector. Since 2017, Acryl has shifted its focus to AI healthcare and platform development—leading to the creation of its two flagship AI platforms, Jonathan and Nadia.
Jonathan is a platform that develops and operates industry-specific AI by leveraging Acryl’s proprietary large language model (LLM) A-LLM and a multi-agent LLMOps platform. For example, in the insurance sector, Jonathan analyzes recorded contract discussions to identify cases of incomplete sales, while in shipbuilding and architecture, it detects and flags potential safety risks or regulatory violations in blueprints. Thanks to these capabilities, Jonathan has been increasingly adopted by public institutions as well as major corporations such as Samsung. Recently, the Kyungpook National University Hospital consortium, with Acryl as a key participant, was selected for the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s flagship Korean ARPA-H Project. Under this initiative, Acryl is applying Jonathan’s Agentic AI technology to strengthen hospital infection control. Park emphasized that Jonathan, as a platform-based solution, achieves up to 90% faster deployment, zero data leakage, and 45% shorter training time compared to conventional systems.
Nadia is an AI platform specialized in digital healthcare. It combines software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) certified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety with standardized medical data. Nadia has already proven its impact in areas such as depression diagnosis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) diagnosis, with five SaMD approvals to date. The platform is now being utilized in hospitals in Korea as well as in Uzbekistan and other regions.
Acryl’s achievements in the AI platform domain are underpinned by its strong technical foundation. Its LLM Jonathan A-LLM ranked #1 for four consecutive months in 2024 in the open-source category of the “Tiger Leaderboard,” a benchmark for AI excellence, supported by a robust team of AI experts.
Park noted, “Just as Microsoft Windows drove the popularization of personal computers through its operating system and browser, Acryl is positioning itself as a pioneer of the ‘Great AI Commercialization Era’ by providing enterprises with full-cycle AI infrastructure platforms.”
He further emphasized, “Acryl is going beyond simply supplying technology—we are offering AI-as-a-Service across the entire adoption process, from data collection to model training, deployment, and GPU resource management. In doing so, we are drastically lowering the barriers to AI transformation across industries. Our goal is to usher in an era where every company becomes an AI company, while establishing ourselves as a key enabler in setting the standard for AI infrastructure ecosystems across Korea’s industries.”
