NewsMay 15, 2025

ACRYL Inc., a leading innovator in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure technologies, announced on May 15 that it has submitted a preliminary application for listing on the KOSDAQ market to the Korea Exchange. Shinhan Investment Corp. is serving as the lead underwriter.

Founded in 2011 as the first company in Korea to commercialize emotion computing technology, ACRYL has evolved into a comprehensive AI infrastructure company. Its capabilities span from natural language processing (NLP)-based deep learning to large language models (LLMs) and machine learning operations (MLOps).

ACRYL’s core strength lies in its MLOps technology, which enables efficient utilization of high-cost GPU resources—translating into cost advantages and strong technological competitiveness. Through its proprietary MLOps platform JONATHAN, ACRYL streamlines the entire AI development and operations lifecycle. It has also delivered real-world results in the emerging field of healthcare Agentic AI, powered by its industry-specialized platform NADIA.

Over the past three years, ACRYL has recorded stable annual revenues exceeding KRW 10 billion, demonstrating steady growth grounded in actual commercial deployments. The company has established a sustainable business model through PoC (Proof of Concept) engagements with major Korean conglomerates and mid-sized firms, many of which have transitioned into full-scale commercial projects. Recurring revenue streams are being strengthened, especially in healthcare and public sectors.

Through its planned KOSDAQ listing, ACRYL aims to accelerate the industrial adoption of AI infrastructure technologies and enhance its global competitiveness. The company plans to expand aggressively into international markets, with a focus on Central and Southeast Asia. It is actively forming strategic partnerships and collaborations with local healthcare enterprises and government agencies in these regions.

As a provider of critical AI infrastructure solutions, ACRYL is positioning itself as a central player in the AI operations space—one that aspires to be known as the “NVIDIA of Software.”

“We see this KOSDAQ listing as a major milestone for ACRYL as it continues to grow into a national AI leader in an ever-evolving global market,” said ACRYL CEO Jin Park. “We will leverage the capital raised to further advance our AI infrastructure technologies and expand our role as a global leader in Agentic AI for healthcare.”
