"Managing Pressure Ulcers, Burns, and Atopic Dermatitis with Software"

Fine Healthcare, a medical AI specialist led by CEO Shin Hyun-kyung, announced its participation in the "CES 2025 (The International Consumer Electronics Show 2025)" held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 7 to 9 (local time). The company showcased its AI-powered medical software "Skinex," designed to evaluate and manage wounds such as burns, pressure ulcers, and atopic dermatitis, which received an enthusiastic response.

"Skinex" was developed through joint research with Samsung Medical Center. When a nurse photographs a pressure ulcer site, the AI analyzes and classifies the wound into six categories: Stages 1 to 4, Unstageable, and Deep Tissue Injury, all in real-time. Additionally, by inputting information about the skin's condition (such as surrounding skin status, infection, exudate, and undermining), the software recommends appropriate dressing materials tailored to the treatment plan.

Fine Healthcare participated in CES 2025 as part of Gangwon Province's exclusive exhibition pavilion. The pavilion was jointly operated in collaboration with Chuncheon City, Gangneung City, Kangwon National University, and Catholic Kwandong University. Fine Healthcare, along with BeNatureBioLab and Bigflex International, was selected as one of Chuncheon City's three promising companies to present their products and technological capabilities at the corporate booth.

CES, the world’s largest IT and electronics exhibition, is renowned as a gathering of the most innovative technologies worldwide. This year, the event hosted over 4,500 companies from 160 countries and regions. Under the slogan “Connecting, Solving, Discovering, and Deeply Exploring with Technology,” numerous startups and global corporations showcased groundbreaking technologies poised to transform the world.
